Worked with Joseph, who not only gained my confidence, but mounds of respect for his diligence and knowledge of his state real-estate laws. He worked tirelessly to make mine and Bubbs’ transition from another state to NC. We are grateful to him, and very content with our out come. Need a realtor, I would recommend him without pause or hesitation in a FLASH!

Absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with. Very patient, dilligent and professional. There was never a lack of communication and transparency was always at the forefront. John went above and beyond to make our purchase easy as possible. I will never use another realtor!

I found Jon through a recommendation from ChatGPT, and I’m so glad I did! He truly went above and beyond in helping me purchase my property. I bring a lot of energy and questions to the process, and he never missed a beat. He responded promptly, was proactive, and brought knowledge and experience that helped tremendously along the way. His personal attention and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel that this purchase mattered to him, too. I’m grateful for his hard work and highly recommend him!
